Ball hunting - ungulates
The Beccaccia Association proposes the hunting of ungulates (wild boars and roe deer) with an annual package that gives the opportunity to hunt ball all year round, in diversified areas and environments, with different methods of hunting and shooting.
In the various activities of the Association, the hunting of ungulates is practiced in our farms in all forms of hunting:

The selection hunt for Roe deer will take place according to the management plan as allowed in the number of two animals, of different class and sex in the permitted periods:
MI, MII-III: from 1st June to 15th July and from 15th August to 30th September.
M0, F0, FI and FII-FIII: from January 1st to March 15th.
From year to year the heads are assigned in rotation for a functional, respectful and ethical wildlife management.
The type of hunting allowed is:
in the morning and evening stalking,
in daytime turn.
The wild boar selection hunt will take place in all four of the Association's companies from March 1st to January 31st of the following year.

The animals are constantly monitored.
For the recovery of injured animals we have the support of URCA qualified controllers with track dogs.
The hunting day includes the slaughter of the animal.
Possibility of integrating wild boar and roe deer during the season.
There are 8 terraces available for stalking, 2 of which are on the ground.
The hunting trips exclusively for wild boar are carried out in the traditional way with the use of following dogs, braziers and post offices. They take place in all the companies managed by the Association from November 1st to January 31st, from a minimum of 3 to a maximum of 6 seasonal workers.
The first wild boar hunt is scheduled for November 1st, the following ones will be scheduled according to the size of the animals, mainly on Saturday or Sunday.
Huntings take place in open areas and not in enclosures.
The hunting locations are decided on the basis of the hunting areas.
The assignment is at the discretion of the association and subject to the type of weapon used.
All participants must strictly follow the rules and directives of the organizers.
High visibility clothing is mandatory.
